General Shipping Information

Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (excluding public holidays).

Tracking numbers will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

We aim to process orders within 24-72hrs.

    Shipping days do not include public holidays.
  • Sales Periods
    There may be a dispatch delay of up to 2 business days during our sale periods.
  • Order Tracking
    You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched.


Refund policies

If any items come damaged we ask you to contact us immediately with photo proof so we can replace them.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrongful purchases.
