No — ProBuilder is filed off, not soaked off.
Use an e-file to remove hard gel — acetone won't break it down on its own. File down the bulk of the product in light, even passes, then finish with a fine buffer to smooth the surface. Never pick, peel, or pry the gel off, as this can damage the natural nail underneath.
